Prize Draw Terms and Conditions – The London Paper

• All participants must be 16 years of age or over.
• The prize is two Dahon Matrix MTB folding bikes, one per winner (two winners in total)
• The closing date for entries to be received by the communications team at Westminster City Council, via the Go Green website is 5:00pm, 7th March 2008.
• The winners will be drawn on Tuesday 11th March 2008.
• Winners will be drawn at random by the Head of Marketing at Westminster City Council.
• Prize winners will be notified by email on Tuesday 11th March 2008.
• Members of the council, officers of the council and relatives of members and officers are not permitted to enter the competition. Relatives are defined to include husband, wife, son, daughter, mother, father, brother, sister, grandparents and grandchildren.
• A list of prize winners will be available from City Hall on written request, enclosing a self addressed and pre-paid envelope.
• The prize draw is final, and no other correspondence will be entered into.
• Participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions.
• The council cannot be held responsible for entries lost or delayed due to technical errors.
